That’s not the deal ( get up to speed son ) they pay all costs associated with the phase
it’s like this they grow the crop sell the crop from the sale proceeds the proceeds are divided50.1 /49.9 then the Total CiOSt associated with the phase is deducted from Xly share and then the balance is converted to product price then Xly pays fv 10% for the sale !thats why it’s a sweet deal for fv and a shittttt deal for Xly and exactly why the market is responding
