RE:Omg this seems to have billions in s t ore $40-50 US would be incredible, but it's a long ways out if it ever even happens. Let's just get this share price back over $1.00 some time soon.
This stock hit $1.54 off of legalization hype and the anticipation that they would soon be producing and selling Cannastrips. We're now producing Cannastrips, Revuer, joints, and oil distillate, and we're supposedly going to be shipping it all next week.
The legalization hype has calmed, but there's still plenty of excitment about the future of this industry in California, and LDS now has more products, higher production capacity, and higher margins (oil distillate) than they did when they hit $1.54.
As far as I can tell right now, there's no reason that LDS shouldn't be able to exceed it's current all time high in the near future. We may have to wait for revenue numbers to be reported next month, but considering there were no revenue numbers when we hit $1.54, I'm hopeful that we may not even have to wait for numbers see a new all time high.
Even if our transport license only allows us to ship to medicinal dispensaries, LDS should continue to climb for the foreseable future. Especially if biomass is becoming less and less of an issue as some people have reported.
That being said, the potential major catalist for this stock that could send it, along with many others skyrocketing is the US mid term elections two months away on November 6th. Rescheduling and decriminalizing cannabis has been rumored to be a potential policy the republicans will use to try to win some votes. There are also democratic groups who have stated that decriminalizing cannabis should be a top priority for democrats if they win the back the house and the senate.
This stock is capable of doing very well under the current circumstances, but decrimilaization or rescheduling would result in billions of institutional money being invested into the US cannabis market. If that happens, we may actually see $40-$50 US some day.
For now though, let's just get this thing back over $1.
