My opinion is that the low share price is because of last years financing. Those big ticket investors like Sprott want more shares at lower cost to offset all those warrants being unexercised. Sprott is willing to play the long game to get all his shares at a good cost. Now those people can buy shares at these low prices to off set the $2 dollar shares they got last november.
