RE:RE:RE:RE:One step Closer to Trading!!!! I think the edible category includes cbd and thc infused drinks as well.   I'm under the impression that it's regulated differently than marijuana that is smoked.  I'm referring to the recored message from June.  This is a question that you could write to Xanthic to clarify more specifically as to that time frame.  They have been very good at responding to my questons.

For now the cbd beverages are in Oregon and Washington state.  At this time the cbd is not derived from hemp and therefore doesn't fall into the dispensary category in th US.  The exciting part of all of this is that we're at the beginning,  I believe Xanthic will do very well with their experience in marketing and sales.
