RE:RE:Where's the news re: bank waiver?I don't doubt for a minute that they are active.  That's not the primary concern.  The concern WRT the bank waiver is the continued covenant breaches.  Delivering margin is the issue.  If the bank's concern escalates to point where debt coverage is not within reach they may provide notice of default.
