Larder Lake has nearly 1mil ozs currently. This should be expanded with the 25,000m of drilling that has already taken place since the last RE plus any more drillimg that Spinco will do using the $7mil.

If the LL property was finally sold for just $50mil, that would give a SP of around $1.50 (33m shares) or 20c for 234mil shares out.

Similar to you I view the Spinco as a free bet, as I don't believe the market has priced it in to BTR current market cap.
