It's too early to talk about " fair value" for a research and development LP. No production, no revenue, lots of uncertainties. The market gives this value, which is fair. The SP will jump if good news come out, like clinic sucess, approval from health government and some production. This market cap will not be far enough. Multi B should be the "fair value" for TBP.
