1. I don't think anyone here can fully explain how Good Life works.
This not rocket science. Many companies have been doing this for many years. If you are interested to do a deeper research, you can go on seekingalpha.com and type symbol: Trading Desk (TTD)  which one of the biggest adtech in US.


2. Good Life does not have a nice insider ownership if you take into the consideration about how confident they are about their business. They wants to become the third largest advertising company, why don't they own more shares?
You can go to canadainsider.com page or the link below in order to see CEO, COO and CFO bought shares recently.  Ceo has almost 4Million shares as of June.

3. I can't find anyone in the management team that have had previous successes. Jesse Dylan says that he have run and sold numerous public companies, I can't seem to find them. Maybe it was on another planet?

4. The mangament defintly focuses on short-term actions, their acquistions strategy proves that.
Good Life Network developeed the ORA platform many years ago, when they were called Megacast, SInce they became public this year, their strategy to to expand and gain visibility.
