Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

RE:RE:SEC suing Frost - OPKO trading halted

Thanks, OverTheCounter, for putting this back into perspective.
The price manipulations, whether they have been done by Frost/Honig/etc or other manipulators are not just affecting our investment price, not just affecting the ability of TLT to raise money for research & clinical trials, they are affecting lives. If this technology proves out (and I believe it will), every day of delays caused by these scumbags means more people die and I hope all those deaths will forever haunt those scumbags.
