RE:RE:RE:Trading Halt - ICCFor the record I don't actually think this is the reason behind the halt...  quite the contrary.  The article in the Uruguayan newspaper which originally leaked the acquisition stated that: The authorities can not refuse the agreement, as long as the Anti-Laundering Secretariat establishes the origin of the financial funds that will allow the transaction.
