I wonder if ACB has a backup plan in case RTI does not get its licence?The reason I ask this is because the RTI licence has been pushed back so many times.I wonder if there is too much radiation in the extracted material.There was an article that came out that some people were killed by microwave radiation.Any thoughts on this?
