I might be wrong and hope so but it seems to me that the licence has been pushed back many times.Don't know if ACB has a backup plan for extraction or not but I sure hope so.Heard a theory about microwave and the amount of radiation that is give off could be very dangerous.I hope not because up to my eyebrows in both ACB and RTI.Thoughts.
