RE:RE:PI Financial comments on Aurora Cannabis acquisition of ICCIf ACB hits 15$  in the next week and those 15$ are the 20 day sma before the day of the transaction, ICC shareholders would get 1,95/15 = 0,13 Aurora Share/ICC share]

If this were the case why diferentiate between the September the 7th , and the 20 day sma prior to close which looks like the last 1/4 of 2018. Why not just state we recieve an equivilant ratio based on Septmeber 7th ?
