Sounds like a decent deal to me...Who else is going to just give you 20 million dollars over the course of the next two years. If they build up the property in stages they can slowly disperse the funds much like a head contractor would. If there smart, and I'm pretty sure this was there goal, they don't have to hand over any money until each greenhouse is built or they could even break payments down into smaller increments, pour a slab, we pay you for that. Some of you are talking like they already spent the 20 million. Don't forget they have the 10 million in equity which (speaking of which when is THCD going public?) could increase in value. I'm not positive on how much of that is cash but they now have a lot of flexibility with the builder of the greenhouses now. Just build them one at a time and pay for each on completion. They would start with the 200,000 sq ft initial order of course. Today was a good day. Prince is right you would be an idiot to sell now.... maybe next monday morning if we don't get the license but I can't see this dipping too many times before Friday afternoon to get a re-entry point.
