You were in at .12, therefore you invested in a start up company on the basis that you would help the company build capital and achieve their goals. So when the company market cap goes way up and now the company has more leverage faster than you thought, you decide that the company you invested in is not worth the current value? So instead of rejoicing in the success of the stock and market cap, you get upset and sell. So you invested hoping their market cap wouldnt' go that high?
