RE:Terrible deal!!wtf are you talking about? If you are going to own shares of Aurora (on the basis of 0.24 ICC shares = 1 ACB share) and the shares of Aurora go up you do not benefit? Assuming you hold through the deal you are now an ACB shareholder (barring something unforeseen). If ACB share price increases your shares will increase as well obviously. 

If ACB share price increases and ICC share price does not well that creates an amazing buying opportunity since the ICC shares are technically ACB shares.
