Well CITIC did appoint 2 new directors and a co-chairman to IVN in the latest deal. I'm not sure if that needs the financing to close first, or if they were put in place during the voting of directors NR on June 28th. I would be very surprised if they did not have detailed knowledge of the drill results. Although, yes they would technically be forbid to give insider information out. And we all know inside information leaks NEVER happen..
