1. I did not like the deal. ACB list on NASDAQ, their shares go up ours stay the same. They are trying to get on N before OCT17th. Why not cash out and buy ACB and get more for your money.

2. There is a bidding war and if I sold my shares and bought ACB, ACB would go down and I would miss the price increase of ICC shares.
