RE:RE:RE:From the news releaseSO.  wouild it be fair to summarixze the facts as follows.  Viceroy  will not and cannot be prosecuted in any jurisdiction  since trheir defence would be "   all our article was based on info in the public domain ,  previously generated by PVG"

Bloomberg have nothing to aplologise for since all they did was their job of redistributing publicly released documentation.


Was this all a  genuine mistake of the part of a PVG employee???   Probably yes ,  but will this be an effective defence against the law suits recently initiated????  Hard to say.  These suits will take up quite a bit of corporate legal time,   and factually it does seem that the company has  deceived the public .  so  not exactly a slam dunk defence IMO.


Within the next four weeks we should have tonnes and grade for Q3   as well as NRs of debt / streaming  issues. SHould be interesting October.
