Sorry Clock KingI'm with Mystique1.   I do not ascribe a lot of value to the CGP properties that are outside 
the earn-in properties with SOLG.

On the other hand, I do see some upside potential to the SOLG properties  that are within their company but outside the deal with  CGP.


Does CGP have any tax loss situation that would shield them IF they sold shares in SOLG and/or sold the  Earn-in deal seperate from a corporate acquisition or merger by BHP of the whole company?
