RE:RE:$10+ in 2019Congratulations to all you guys hiding in the weeds, of which I know there are many, LOL.  I’m pretty sure I commented a few weeks or so ago that if we are going to do what they say they will do w RB we’ll need a commercialization NR.  Check!

MONTALVA SOLAR :  Guys that know the story and the importance of the BILL that’s being drafted for the House vote understand that getting the SIGNED, VALID CONTRACT BETWEEN GRB AND PREPA ENSHRINED in US law will enable the very survival, relevance, restructuring and re- capitalization of PREPA.  It  Means that the US Government will gurantee the offtake of power for 35 years by that utility, produced by GRB’s Montalva solar project!

 PREPA will be required to drop their silly bugger games, GRB will drop their $951m lawsuit and the project will be green-lighted.  We have all the key permits if not ll of them period; , we have the land locked up; and FULL financing locked up in LOI s, subject to getting the offtake guaranteed!

GRBers will know what this Bill if written as EXPECTED, as PASSED as expected when it’s time, to mean!   It will LEAD to sale of this project for MULTI TENS TO $100M and potentially more.   But the market won’t understand - not right away the full meaning and there will be much work to do!  

But everyone understands what’s meant by “US$14m NI from Real Bloq starting in 2019!”  This would be annual returns growing from zilch in 2018!  Today’s reaction is merely the first taste of what I think most people expected, that it’s RB that has even more potential than Montalva!!   This is what I was trying to say as I wrote up why US $14m net from GRB as forecast in Their presentation for (holy crow) 2019 translates to a 10 Banger Plus.
