RE:RE:Help me understand. I would only be so lucky for NSU shares to drop back to $4.
It would be like winning the jackpot. Go back to CAD $3 for all I care.
As long as I had the fortitude to hold on to the position sooner or later the value would be realized.
Much like we are witnessing RIGHT NOW!!! How many sold out before ever seing $5?
Viewed posts has dropped dramatically...probably by 50%. I'll use that as a gauge.
The problem now however is that while NSU is getting some recognition it still does not reflect the value deserved ESPECIALLY IN A BUYOUT SITUATION.
Where's the premium again???

Once they have 50% of shares the permitted bid is considered successful - when 90% of shares are acquired they can force remaining hold S/H's to accept the bid.
if the offer is upset by a higher offer the 'break fee' applies and is payable by NSU -if and only if the new bid is successful. The impact of the $50M - if it kicks in - will not affect the new offer price which will take into account this reduction in NSU's cash holdings.
the $6 /s offer will likely succeed - unless a white knight appears (unlikely) -- and you will automatically get cash for your shares late this year or early in January
If the $6/s is rejected --- NSU is in limbo ---- and there is a high probability the NSU share price will drop to the $4/s range
back to the $4/s range
