We all know that where there is smoke there is fire. But a CEO would be crazy or a fraud to make statements that weren't backed up by drill results. Better to majorly cap the grade and deliver another good surprise for those who are patient. Much better, less risk of law suits. Some of these guys may just want to egg them on so they can litigate first miss.
