Out

OutOut today at 15.15

Been quiet for the past while doing analysis on my biggest concern, which is management.

Came to the conclusion that suppressed ROE and earnings will persist, and I don't feel confident enough that management has the competence/intellect/motivation to change it, for reasons mentioned in prior posts.

Going to observe from the sidelines, might re enter if it seems the concerns I have are addressed.

Stock remains very cheap, definitely a takeover candidate.

If Soloway was still running the show I'd feel confident that he has the knowledge experience and expertise to get the company back up to reasonable levels of ROE.  Current management I'm not so sure.

GLTA!
