VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. is a Canada-based critical metals company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada, with a primary focus on the exploration of the Lac Dore and Iron-T Properties in Quebec. The Company produces a stream of quality vanadium electrolytes for Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries (VRFB). The Iron-T Property is located in the Nord-du-Quebec administrative region in the Province of Quebec, approximately 15 kilometers (km) east of Matagami and 780 km northwest of Montreal. The Lac Dore Property is located approximately 27 km east-southeast from the City of Chibougamau, in Eeyou Istchee James Bay Territory, Nord-du-Quebec administrative region, Province of Quebec, Canada. The Lac Dore Project comprises two claim blocks, referred to as Lac Dore Main and Lac Dore North. The Lac Dore Main claims cover an area of 648.82 hectares (Ha), and the Lac Dore North claims cover an area of 4,637.87 Ha.

RE:Magically...Our crack team....from the Circular "Stephen Pearce was a director of Fall River Resources Ltd. (now Rampart Energy Limited. Rampart) when it received a cease trade order from the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) on June 12, 2007 for failure to file the required financial information. The order was revoked on July 25, 2007. Subsequently, cease trade orders were issued by the BCSC and the Alberta Securities Commission against Rampart on March 11, 2008 and June 11, 2008, respectively, both of which remain in effect. Rampart voluntarily delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange on September 20, 2007 and is currently listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Stephen Pearce is a director of Flying A Petroleum which is subject to a cease trade order from the British Columbia Securities Commission on January 2, 2015 for failure to file the required financial statements. The order is still in effect. Previously, Flying A Petroleum was subject to cease trade orders on August 23, 2012 until September 14, 2012, July 31, 2012 and June 3, 2009 to December 16, 2009. Stephen Pearce, Adriaan Bakker and John Hewlett are directors of Vanadiumcorp Resource Inc. which is subject to a cease trade order issued by the BCSC on June 11, 2018 for not filing a technical report completed in accordance with National Instrument 43-101. Such order is still in effect as of the date hereof."
