20% of 8 billion pounds (1.6bn lbs)
for a total of 3.15 billion pounds"
You asked if Oroco is pursuing the two properties that make up the 3.15 billion. Oroco already owns this 3.15 billion. The legals are for the main property which contains 8 billion pounds. Right now Oroco arleady owns 20 percent of it (to be more specific it can exercsie an option to own 20 percent of it). When the legals are finished, Oroco will own more of the main property. We don't know how much more. I think that they are going for a percentage that will allow them to control it.
Right now the market is not assigning much to the 3.15 billion pounds that it already owns because these pounds cannot be monetized without the resolution of the legal case. But after the legals everything changes.
