A production licence is awarded only after the relevant environmental impact assessment (EIA) is conducted.
According to the ESM corporate presentation, the feasability and environmental (EIA) studies are "to be completed in parallel in 2018/2019 pending ratification"
Does it sound to anyone besides me that the license can't/won't be ratified prior to completion of an EIA?
Surely this can't be the hold-up -- or can it?
