Regarding Poda...I am thinking big picture.

The BIG reason I like this spinoff is because it will allow Invictus to list on the NASDAQ/NYSE while Poda can still be sold in international markets. Without the spinoff this would not be possible.

Invictus has a really low share float compared to most Cannabis companies. Take a look at Tilray and what can happen once a stock starts moving(with the help of a USA listing).

In my opinion a NASDQ/NYSE listing will be huge for Invictus. Their low share float combined with being undervalued compared to its peers should send Invictus stock flying!
