What maked you think the next 4 weeks will be telling? Odds are we will be back in a down trend soon. Granted the news that the municipality is ok with a cloning faciliy in their jurisdiction is good news It does not however guarantee construction woull be forth coming. Is there a set of city approved drawings? Are there even a set of engineered drawings? Final occupancy if this facility could be as far away as two years. Even if the started the demo of the existing building on the property today best case would be a year minimum and that still does not guarrentee a licence let alone clients. This has a long way to go before it is a money making operation and remember ACG is only into it for 30%. Still a long shot at best.
