RE:Points of Interest in Zack's Report - July 18,2018I get through the whole report:

1. if they will only get 10% margin on sales why they spent 5M USD or even more in the future to build own factory?

2. Why they build own factory? any issues with BOET ~ the outsourcing factory?

3. Need to know the capacity of the factory ~ if capacity is too small ~ will be another pp or finance @ division level. 

4. If the company is easy to finance through Chinese Co. or Singapore Co. ~ will they care about the Pubco?

Please tell me why a Chinese billionaire/VC  put 5 Million USD +2 M CAD in a bad tracking record stock. it doesn't make any sense to me unless we miss something.
