RE: UncertaintyWhat you are saying is not brain surgery... Of course they can't keep that a secret for too too long. I beleive WIN's intention has been all along to identify that target within a week or so... giving just enough time for the defendant for a "last chance" at resolving this conflict... I hope the target company has enough smarts to recognize this... and settles... Also, for anyone who has been doing their DD on WIN, i am sure the target company is not going to be a big surprise... everyone can guess! But let's not engage in any speculation here... we will know VERY soon... in the meantime, let the management do what they have to do...
