Please enlightenI just came to my hotel after a pleasant evening out in Vienna.

Is this as bad as it seems? Is the dividend safe? If it is the. the share price should be OK?

Is this just a nightmare dreamed up by MM Seeking Alpha? I did not even know that there would be an IPO. Was that always part of the plan?
