RE: CONFUSING AND CONVOLUTED!This board is getting interesting.  Some interested parties are combing through public documents to bring attention to the corporate shuffle that appears to confuse intentionally!  If I was to guess the nature of this particular dance, I would go with undisclosed double dipping.  Aren't legal services provided by, but not restricted to the chairman of the BOD?  Isn't this getting interesting!  Keep the information coming.  Thanks for sharing!
