RE:Can someone explain what the ACI IPO means?Dude its a spin off of their company. It ain't complicated. The question is on the valuation and the fact that this was not part of any discussion. Markets don't like surprises. 
Too many surprise, bad luck I guess. Have faith in Cornhill, he'll turn it around.
