Lol, I dont need to spoon feed common sense. A halt is a halt, get over it. They were extremely clear on the reasoning, so Im confused on your issues past that. How you think a company has any control of the auditing process, or an ability to comment on it past what was already said, is astounding. Maybe your experience is lengthy, but your knowledge base seems limited? <br/>

ACG had a halt to start the year, Jan 8th-22nd, over delayed financials, just 1 example from this year.
