The price hasn't been this high since June. With Blockstrain recieveing $10 million funding @ $0.30, I suspect that the $0.30 price barrier won't be crossed without an announcement. Most importantly, and I say this often, intellectual property is the most critical element. Tying into the government is no doubt of great value, but it appears that they have already decided on the tracking platform under the CTLS. The link below details a very high level platform. Blockstrain would need to tap into this system, which is possible. Galarza has stated in interview, that they have been working with several LPs to automate the submission process. If this is the case, then the hope is for LPs to use Blockstrain for automation and then explore further applications.
