BC supply deal for 2,390,200 grams at $6 a gram?

BC supply deal for 2,390,200 grams at $6 a gram? For BC alone wouldn't that be like $14 million in the first year? I'm not even sure what price the gov't set, I'm only going by THC's price of $6 a gram. They also have a supply deal with Ontario as well, but I can't find how much it's for.

Put this into perspective, Aphria has a $5 million gram supply deal with BC, which is just over half of THC even though they're a much bigger company with a larger market cap as well. This should at least make THC more competitive and yet still trades at market caps comparible to non-licensed companies who hardly stand a chance with the rec market quickly approaching.

So when comparing this company to the larget market caps, all I see is the weakness in their PR / IR. Their fundamentals are excellent and with little to no debt, they have little chance of defaulting anytime soon.
