What is the interest of TU to invest in BTRU.

Hi folks,
Small question, I've been reading on TU previous investments and profile and most if not all of their investment revolves around the posted Co profile (see refs). i.e ( telecommunication, information technology, business to consumers,education, finance services, life services). However, all of these are also benificial to or have an active part in China. This begs the question: What is the interest of TU in BTRU unless BTRU will/or has the intent to expand their program/Co to china? This would explain the length of the process, and fit in with BTRU profile. Feel free to shut this theory down. Thanks
