ParcelPal Technology Inc. has engaged Middam Ventures LLC to provide public relations, social media and news publication services pursuant to a consulting agreement dated Aug. 20, 2018.

The agreement has an initial three-month term and is renewable at the mutual agreement of both parties. Middam will be compensated monthly instalments of $75,000.
