Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Compare prices

Compare pricesNone of the other LPs are anywhere close to the prices of Aphria's oils...

NOWHERE CLOSE.

Seriously? Who is going to overpay for comparable product? (we are talking over DOUBLE the price in some cases)

Other LPs can claim their expensively grown product is superior, but the reality is that their product is expensive because they are burning through Canadian priced electricity to grow. In the future there will be other greenhouse (or even outdoor competition - without naming other LPs - dyodd here) - but in the immediate future there is just Aphria. If you think about future partnerships -- why would you choose producers who can't grow product cheap enough?

Answer: You wouldn't...
