Why I hate reverse splits...

Why I hate reverse splits...Preferred shares are almost always exempt from the reverse split.

Share price movement leverage is diminished.
Case in point:
Would you rather have 1000 shares that go up a dollar? or Would you rather have 100 shares that go up a dollar? I will take the 1000 shares that go up a dollar every time....

Preferred shares holders almost always doge this bullet.

After a reverse happens there is almost always degradation of share value. Revereses for an emergency to stay listed are necessary evils, but you should get listed without hurting the leverage of the common share holder. I don't believe Dan would do it he seems to protect the share holder more than any CEO I ususally see in this type of market.

Best

My opinion only...
