I will only comment on a few parts of this simply for clarity....First, Unifire MUST generate 100mil in sales in 15 months or the deal could be cancelled by MRS if they chose to.

In defense of TRUTH, he retracted within hrs the Oct 15 date comment.

Note that we simply do not know as of yet if a licensing deal has been reached based on the last official NR touched on. As the stock is under halt, they do not have to immediately disclose should it be in place until such time the halt is lifted.

Lastly, I believe we all understand that MRS does Not have exclusivity on FLEX 9 within the USA.
