Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Is APH fulfilling their requirements for NASDAQ or NYSE?

RE:Is APH fulfilling their requirements for NASDAQ or NYSE?You may have a point because when TRST announced their move to NASDAQ last week the next day one of the founding directors resigned to make way for an independent director as per listing requirements so for APH to do the sa.e move tells me there will be a move to NYSE soon. By the way I am 100 % in APH with up to the limit for concentration and the remaining margin available for other stock went right to TRST as they are profitable like APH a d have only 1 B market cap and they have been touted on CNBC. So if they get Diageo APH gets better with Altria inBev or Coke of Pepsi etc. There is room for all the big LP to succeed with multinationals a d that would boost the whole MJ sector.
