RE:This is a real deal ...This is interesting info on the RNC find of bonanza gold in WA, but not in the pilbara. But this statement from the RNC bullboard might be relevant to Pilbara gold: where it comes from and where to find it. Incidentally, as in the Pilbara, nuggets are found at the surface in areas near the RNC mine, and the nugget bearing layers are covered with basalt. Here's more info:

2. The living room of gold is not the real story although it couldn't have come at a better time seeing how cash poor the company was..."was" past tense. What is important is the understanding of the geology and what that means going forward. They have shown that the this layer of sediment between the basalt flows acts as a catalyst to crystalize the gold bearing fluids ....this layer is 1 foot thick and exists between the basalt layers for miles. Along the shear zones is where the fluids were shot up from the depths and catalyzed by this sediment layer. The jewelry store find is where these shear zones intersect other geologic features which is great but not the big story....The big story is how high the grades are throughout the entire sedimentary layer that follows along the shear zones. This could be massive and incredibly easy to follow and mine. The real deal is if we can define a resource from this, put tonage to it and then simply mine it for it's entire length at some grade that is a multiple of what is currently being mined...I think they can

incidentally, there were ohotos posted today of nuggets found on the ground at the garage - after they hosed off the truck, there were nuggets laying in the driveway. Maybe QH can show us how to make such a find. And this bonanza find was from 500 meters deep in the nickle mine, after they went on a sidetrack.
