RE:RE:RE:Say it ain't so! The thing that gets me about this whole thing is - even if it goes through, and I agree the devil is in the details, there should have been no leak at all and them BOOM a NR to announce it like Bruce & Rob Sands Canopy / Constellation deal.
I figured something was up when the warrants were not exercised at the beginning of the month and called Canopy IR - got a one line reply saying no not exercised.
That same weekend Bruce and co were hammering out the final details and then the day after earnings expected to tank Canopy's sp news of Constellation buyout hits.
Canopy sp and all other LPs sp then take off like crack addicts.
Now that is how do a NR, grab market attention and pull the entire sector along with you.

The leaked news via BNN points, in my opinion, to an imminent deal, or a done deal, with an opportunity given to BNN to prove their journalistic value.

Soda/Pop/whatever people want to call it, has seen a steady deline in sales for the last few years.
Someone also pointed outhow Coca-Cola are merely "in talks" with Aurora. That's still miles apart from a deal in my humblest opinions.
Aurora is so over dilluted it's crazy. Believe NOTHING until you see the devil in the details and we are ony getting "in talks with" at this point.
I said it last week and I'll say it again, wait for it! Canopy have a few plays in motion and I'm positive those announcements will be made this week.
