The stock won't immediately jump on approval of the AC deal - why would it? The market has already priced in the AC purchase and the uncertainty. If AIM declares a special dividend after the AC deal closes the stock has a chance to get a bump but if the board announces that they are "looking for other opportunities" then the SP will remain flat because the ship is rudderless. And remember they may be able to partner with companies like Petsmart (where by the time your dog dies you may have enough points for a free bag of food) but all that AP talent is walking out the door to AC so it will take considerable time to rebuild any structure and perhaps deal with non-compete conditions.
