I think the CEO is smart on the timing here. So they started onboarding maybe two weeks ago, they've given it some time to run and be encouraged that the process is working just fine and then they communicate it. The first thing I thought was although this is still early in the process they must have some confidence the process is working robustly to anounce it. It seems I had the opposite reaction to you, I see this as an early announcement that signals that they are already confident with how its working. I'm pleased with yhe timing. Imagine announcing it day one then idk having to halt the process to make fixes. Do you announce the halt? I think management are try to build a robust business not trying to manage the SP from week to week.
