RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Value Est.I guarentee you are right Geodan.. I was just writing on another board about sentiment and momentum.. the best example is Bre-X.. i know it was a scam but the same laws of momentum applied.. the thing did almost a 1,000 bagger.. when the fever takes hold of people they don't care about enything except getting a peice of it.. In the 1980 Gold Bull peak there was Bakery company with the word 'GOLD' in the name and it popped and did a multi bagger! True story.

On PE, something to think about. Stocks tend to go very undervalued to very overvalued and back again. Look at AUY, 2 to 20, then to 4 then to 20 then to 2, all in 10 years.
Now say RNKLF is $5, that is a 50 bagger, we all agree that is possible. How many stocks have a 10 PE afterthey have 50 bagged with hyper exciting results and story? Did the Comstock mines sell for 10PE after 50 bagging? Probably more like 50PE.
But lets say production is still increasing and they are making $100 million a year, why not 25 PE? Look at Amazon, its 20 bagged in last 10 years and has today a 156 PE. Can it grow as fast as RNKLF in next 2 years? No way(and why do not own it).
Right now RNKLF is undervalued, I expect it to go over valued. Last big winner for a gold miner CLGRF, a 27 bagger that started just about the same share price and mkt cap as RNKLF, I expected over valuation from extreme undervalation(Santoy Gap gold strike), and got out near the top after SSRM took it over. RNKLF will have Amazon like momo when it gets to $3 or $5, why not overvalaution? Am planning on it.
Cheers
