Aimia…Aeroplan…Air Canada…Non-Compete…No Go!
If Air Canada thinks that Aimia has/will agree to non-compete provisions after the sale of Aeroplan, Air Canada will need to think again.
 
Aimia shareholders should/will vote NO to the sale of Aeroplan to Air Canada.
 
Aimia is a loyalty program management company.
 
It would be ludicrous for Air Canada to think that Aimia would grant a non-compete clause.
 
It would be like Ford Motors selling Land Rover and Jaguar Motors to Tata Motors and then…
 
Tata Motors insisting that Ford Motors can no longer sell vehicles.
 
Is Air Canada insane??
