Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Coke has little distribution in the rec feel good market

RE:Coke has little distribution in the rec feel good marketDEO is the more coveted deal here... once you go to Coke - you are limiting yourself to over the counter CBD levels.

Let's be clear. Coke has little distribution in the recreational market like as a Diageo has or a Constellation has. Coke has all it's business in the consumer everyday beverage market. They have distribution in soda, juices, water and performance drinks. How really does MJ fit into their market? Will they compete head to head with liquor companies. I think they just may fail at this. The greater markets are 1. Liquor and drinks associated with liquour... 2. Teas and other drinks that can be infused to help with a medical condition. To have interest in entering the MJ infused drink market and actually executing are two very different things.
